Gas and Power Operations in Mexico

MaxiGas Natural is an affiliate of GDF SUEZ Energy North America and is responsible for managing the global company's assets in Mexico, including a 460-mile pipeline system of natural gas pipelines in the central region and within the southeastern peninsula of the country, three cogeneration plants, and six natural gas concessions located in central Mexico and along its east coast that serve nearly 400,000 customers.

GDF SUEZ is the largest private pipeline operator in Mexico and the second largest operator of LDCs in Mexico.

To help promote industry safety and education in Mexico, the company operates two Information & Technical Training Centers, which have together trained more than 4,000 employees, government officials, media and stakeholders. When it opened in 2002, the training center in the State of Mexico was the first of its kind in the country.
